- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is different for each customer, and depends on how frequently they want to train per month, and what their program entails. Pricing starts at around 70$/session for virtual training, and $100/session for in-person. Drive time, equipment transportation, and # of sessions/week all impact the total price per session! Stand-alone online workout/nutrition programs also vary in price depending on duration. They start at 40-80$/4-week program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1.) Intro Consultation: get to know each other, go over each clients needs, history, and goals. 2.) Intro Session: go through an introductory first session to give the client a feel for how I train, and how the training program will look going forward. All based on the info gained in the consultation. 3.) Discuss Scheduling/Session Purchasing Options: dependent on virtual vs. in-person training, and how many sessions/how often each client wants to train. 4.) Start training hard and accomplishing your goals!
