I have discounted prices for 5, 10, and 20-session packages!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do an initial phone consultation to get some general information and set up a time for a free assessment and trial session. At the assessment, we will discuss more in depth what your goals are and do a few exercises to assess your current fitness level. If you decide you’d like to commit to a training program, I get busy designing a personalized plan according to your goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CPR/AED certified and am certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer. I have seven years of experience in fitness and exercise training.
