David started right away with improving my muscle tone. His weight lifting instructions also helped my cardio needs at the same time. We are now in the 4th month of sessions and have added more work on flexibility and balance. David seems very interested in personalizing my routine to me as well as encouraging me in my progress. I have been working with David for just over two months and can see and feel significant changes in my body tone, muscles l strength (not mass), balance. I also have a great feeling of accomplishment and David always encourages me to work hard and keep my goal in mind. I'm 46 and David has designed a work out that is suitable to my body and age. I have suffered from constant lower back pain and through David guiding me to strengthen my core muscles much of the back pain is elevated. David is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    The most common jobs that I do for clients is helping them to lose weight, lose body fat, and a increase in lean muscle. The methodology I use for helping them to achieve their goals is a combination of light functional resistance weight training, including dumbbells, an exercise ball, floor mat, and cardio. Along with the actual workouts that I have the client do, there are times when education plays a vital role to help the client. As in the fields of proper nutrition, which is a major weight loss and health contributor, as is balance and flexibility training. I attempt to give each client the tools and knowledge to make Health and Fitness a life long priority for them and their loved ones.
