Hi, I’m Joey. A certified personal trainer with real-world experience transforming not only my clients’ lives but my own. Over the past few years, I’ve lost 120 lbs, built a strong, aesthetic physique through dedicated bodybuilding, and learned exactly what it takes to achieve lasting results.

Training with Joey over the last few months have been really great! He is highly professional, always has a good structure to the workouts and is constantly adapting the training plan to achieve optimal, personalized results. He definitely focuses on good technique and is able to work around my previous injuries, while still achieving the muscle strengthening I was looking for. Joey is also very friendly and personable and able to make even the toughest workouts really fun!!

Joey took the time to listen and understand my life style and what my goals were. He continues to help me understand ‘ life style’ changes, with eating, exercise and mind set. He takes the time with me to meal plan and increase my strength training, which helps my mind and attitude.
Something is working, as I’m down 45 pounds and have kept it off for over a year!

Joey is awesome! Before training with him, I had no idea what I was doing in the gym. He has taught me proper form and given me great exercises for the muscles I want to target. He also pushes to try harder. Overall, training with him is super fun and I can feel myself getting stronger after just a few short weeks :)
