Ive been working with Joey for the past couple months and absolutely recommend him! I had pretty intense goals in the beginning especially going from basically not working out for years to basically every day. He listened to what I wanted and was ready to commit to and worked with me to come up with something that worked. Two months later and what I can do now would have blown my mind, and we still reevaluate every week to make sure everything can still push me a little further every workout. I also appreciate Joeys demeanor; if youre not super comfortable with your body and confidence, youre not going to be stressed about that at all with him. He understands and will meet you where youre at while still setting up positive motivation.

I have been working with Joey for a couple of months now, and he has been excellent so far. He adjusts workouts for my level yet is also able to push me to give it my best. He’s great at motivating and is a positive presence to be around. He is also very knowledgeable about health and wellness including nutrition in general, and I have learnt a lot from him.
