We are thoroughly trained by our teachers who have given us a well-defined process and teaching methodology. We practice what we teach, making us compassionate and always learning more about ourselves and our students. We stand out because we really care about what we do and we embody our basic principles in every class. We continue to follow our teachers by helping at teacher training and attending advanced seminars. At Yogagroove, we are able to teach others how to heal themselves. We provide yoga instruction based on principles that have been in existence for over a thousand years. The massage we provide is tailored to help students in their practice and everyday life. This and a self-imposed diet will keep most people heathy, strong and flexible.
