Zach is a fantastic personal trainer! He is organized enough to keep you on track while staying flexible enough to work with your lifestyle. I have seen measurable results even after just six weeks of training twice per week, with minimal out of session work. Zach has been excellent about helping me modify my nutrition to meet my personal goals and lifestyle. He is very knowledgeable about anatomy and has exercises to work around injuries to ensure your safety. I highly recommend Zach to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

After having my second baby, I knew I wanted to get someone to help me reach my specific goals. Zach has been so great to work with! It’s my first time working with a personal trainer and he’s exceeded all my expectations. He works with me in a nonjudgmental way that helps keep my motivation. Zach is a great personal trainer! He really listens to what your goals are and what you are looking for in the workout sessions. Prior to meeting Zach, I never had a trainer. He made the whole process of strength training very smooth. He designs his sessions to your needs. He takes time to focus on correcting your body form with each exercise. So far I have enjoyed my experience working with him. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a trainer that acts professional and is truly dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.

This year I decided I was ready to make some big changes in my health but I knew I needed extra support, knowledge and encouragement from someone else. I am so glad I found Zach. From day one, he has been nothing short of an amazing Personal Trainer.Training with him has led me to loose fat, improved sleeping, improved diet habits, increased strength and endurance, and most importantly improved self-esteem. He always creates a unique variety of exercises for me each week that challenges my abilities and insists on my extreme focus to achieve my goals. Zach is NO nonsense. He works hard and insists that I do as well. Zach still gave me high fives, positive words and would modify exercises to meet me where I was at. He has given me awesome feedback and information on how to support my goals outside of our sessions including healthier food choices I can make. There are still many goals I want to reach, but I feel confident that with my work with Zach I will not only meet them but surpass them. Thank you Zach!!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I start where YOU DO. Not everyone comes in at a high level of fitness, and likewise some come in with more experience then others. My training is customized to a clients needs and fitness goals. The process and programming is purely dependent on what YOU want to achieve.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My testimony for fitness is very strong. The benefits of a fit lifestyle not limited to aesthetics and washboard abs. I got into fitness with the goal of aesthetics in mind. While getting a better physique I found a true universal medicine; a disciplined lifestyle of consistent exercise and balanced diet. Not only did my shirts fit a bit tighter around the right places but, my mental and physical health sky rocketed. How could I not share such an amazing experience!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have trained people of all different backgrounds and fitness levels! I do especially well with those who are stuck in a chair for most of the day and those want to achieve a higher level of muscular strength growth.
