Andrew helped me work through a significant, de-stabilizing transition in my life. Over the course of a little more than eight months, he helped me to recognize a series of disconnects between reality and my perceptions, to recognize the way in which my reactions to those misperceptions resulted in ineffective and sometimes even destructive patterns of behavior, to trace where those patterns began and to understand why they persisted. He is extraordinarily compassionate, insightful and thoughtful. I continue to draw from what he helped me learn about myself in our sessions, and I continue to see improvements in my relationships with the people close to me and in my ability to be a supportive person in their lives.

Andrew saw my wife and me for counseling after the birth of our first child. It was an anxious and confusing time for us and Andrew helped us navigate a lot of changes. He was supportive and encouraging and he had a very calming presence. He seemed to have a good grasp on what it is like to be a new parent and that made it easier.
