- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to quote our customers as accurately as possible based upon the information given. There may be times where more work needed than was planned for. If this happens we always work with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with the outcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If this is our first time working with you the process is simple. All you have to do is provide us with the information needed to complete the job. If it is a larger project that we are hired for we will come for a visit to make sure we are properly equipped to complete your work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being in the Handyman/Moving business for many years has taught us many skills, along with years of one on one training with other professionals in the field.
