What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of square footage of the surface being cleaned (driveway, patio, pool deck, sidewalk, etc.) I charge a standard 20 cents per sq-ft of concrete surface and an adjustable rate on other surfaces.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
CLO Pressure Washing recommends new customers attach a photo of the job site and what surfaces require pressure washing when reaching out. This allows for a quick and effective quoting process.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started pressure washing neighbors driveways and back patios when I was 16 to give myself a little extra money. After multiple years of pressure washing, I became very familiar with the chemicals and procedures for pressure washing efficiently and effectively.
