Yesterday I got hooked up with Tristian with CoolRoofs, he was very knowledgeable in everything we talked about and came and preformed an inspection on the problems I was having in my home. These guys are awesome!! Thorough with their inspection of the roof. They noticed not only roof damage but soft metal damage to my vents and gutters as well as hail damage to our siding that previous roofers missed. Thanks to their thorough inspection of the house and ability to work with our pain in the butt insurance, we were able to get our roof, gutters and exterior repaired under the same claim! I highly recommend giving Cool Roofs a call for any of your roofing needs!!

This is a gem of a company. Ive talked with a number of roofing companies. My initial contact was with Hudson who came to inspect my roof. He didnt try to oversell me or convince me I had to change my roof. He provided me with a free inspection report and I followed through with the repairs. Ian came to do the repairs. Five hours on the roof in 100+ degree weather and he finished smiling and thanking me genuinely for the opportunity. He sent an elaborate report with all of the fixes. Such nice people. I couldnt recommend them more highly and Ill be using them in the future.

We provide free, no-obligation inspections and estimates on every project. For insurance claims, we work directly with your adjuster to ensure your policy covers the full scope of repair or replacement, so out-of-pocket costs are typically limited to your deductible. For cash/retail jobs, pricing depends on materials, roof size, and scope of work, and we'll walk you through a detailed, itemized estimate before any work begins. No hidden fees, no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free inspection where we assess the full condition of your roof, document any damage, and answer your questions. If you have storm damage, we help you file and manage the insurance claim from start to finish, including meeting your adjuster on-site. Once scope and pricing are approved, we schedule the work, keep you updated throughout the project, and do a final walkthrough to make sure you're fully satisfied before we consider the job complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained and experienced in both roofing installation/repair and the insurance restoration process, including working directly with adjusters and carriers to ensure proper claim documentation.
