Neil and his team are the absolute best! So thorough, easy to communicate with and knowledgeable. Neil was superb! I had a very difficult and urgent situation: I closed a property and after 6 months and 2 weeks, I am moving in. The shortest possible lease of my condo building is 6 months, meaning that I have only ~2 weeks to find a qualified tenant and settle the lease. Many Real-EstateAgents told me that it is just impossible and/or declined by saying that they are not interested in. Neil was different. He was genuinely interested in helping me. He worked days and nights and weekends to make this leasing possible. And yes, within 5 days after the closing of my condo unit, he found a highly-qualified tenant who really wants to move in, and within 7 days, the lease deal got completed! Thank you, Neil! Without your passion, responsiveness, and professionalism, this was not possible. You are awesome.

I am so excited that Neil is going to help us sell the house, so we can finally downsize. Neil within two minutes of me calling sent us a paper that compared the value of our house to others like it to show its current market value. It was exactly what we thought it should be and he explained all the data. The email with the CAM arrived while we were still talking on the phone. Neil was patient with us and answered all our questions. My Husband was happy too because he appreciated the honesty of the estimate of our homes value Neil provided, and that he didnt try to overstate it. We had spoken to a different agent first but he didnt really listen and definitely overvalued our home in an attempt to win our business. We are meeting with Neil tomorrow to look at 2 homes in the morning that we are interested in as well. So far so good.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The commission paid for representation by a licensed real estate agent is negotiable, the following are rough estimates of the cost attached to different services:
1. Seller representation Fee: 2-3% of sale price
2. Buyer representation Fee: 2-3% of sale price
3. Landlord Leasing Fee for Tenant Acquisition: 100% of 1 month of rent. First 3 lease renewal’s are free, then $150.
4. Tenant representation fee: 6%-10% (properties priced $500-$1499/mo); 5% (properties priced $1500/mo +) of 1 year’s total rent paid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client and situation is unique, however the following aspects are universal.
1. Asking what a prospective client is looking to achieve? (Buy, Sell, Invest, Lease Property)
2. Establishing client wants and needs?
3. Establishing and maintaining reasonable expectations.
4. Requiring signed representation agreement after first formative conversation.
