Alex with Your CoHost has been a life saver in helping me manage my short term rentals. I have been self-managing for years due to being price gauged by other companies who do mediocre work at best. My guests always comment on the cleanliness and I am so pleased with the meticulous care and communication that happens on the back end. My favorite part is how easy scheduling is and that Alex, the owner sends photos of the work after it is completed. I have been self managing my short term rental for years and have tried so many property management companies in that time that were not worth the value! After learning about Your Co-Host, I immediately reached out to the owner, Alex, and she was so incredible. Detailed, great communicator, made time to do an in person consultation of my home, and I’ve been working with her ever since. She is so organized and keeps a detailed record of notes and photos after each turnover. She is the ONLY property management company in the Austin area I would ever refer someone to.
