Their traps failed to catch anything, and instead of solving the rodent issue, their bait attracted a ringtail cat, which created an even bigger mess. When they couldn’t resolve the problem, they simply said there was nothing they could do and left me to deal with the consequences. To make matters worse, their 'experienced' technician left the attic ladder open, allowing rodents to enter my house. Now, I’m dealing with an indoor infestation on top of everything else. This was an absolute waste of time and money. If you're looking for effective pest control, I strongly recommend finding another provider!"See more

I sent a message on Thumbtack and I got a response almost immediately at that crazy hour. They came later that morning at the promised time. They did the work, came back a few days later to remove the traps and close up any of the outside entryways that animals might find. I haven’t had any issues since then. I hope I never need their service again but I will definitely use them if the time comes."See more
