You get a job extremely well done with zero hassles complete trust and he’ll do whatever it takes to make sure the job is done really well and in a manner that most importantly won’t cause any reoccurring issues for the next one year (he even gave me a guarantee on this!) Mike had to make several rounds to my house to ensure that the raccoon problem was taken care of. And I’m so glad I agreed to working with Mike as opposed to someone else from a non-local person especially because I know the job would not have been done. I might’ve saved a few hundred dollars only to end up paying thousands of dollars more later, when the problem was not actually taken care of. Natran got rid of the fleas quickly and Charity taught us a lot about fleas, their life cycle, and how we could support her efforts to get rid of them. Charity and her team did such a great job that we hired them to do an "exclusion" service where they closed off any and all holes where animals (raccoons, mice, rats, etc) could get into the house. Charity and her team are passionate, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with!!!! I wish I could give them more than five stars!"See more

I sent a message on Thumbtack and I got a response almost immediately at that crazy hour. They came later that morning at the promised time. They did the work, came back a few days later to remove the traps and close up any of the outside entryways that animals might find. I haven’t had any issues since then.
