Don is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. Previously, my experience with realtors had been that they were more interested in selling you a home quickly than with really finding the right home for you. This couldn't be further from the truth with Don! Initially, I didn't know exactly what to look for in a home, and Don actually talked me out of buying homes a few homes. In retrospect I'm very thankful that he did, as they would have been huge mistakes!!! I didn't expect this from a realtor, and it really shows that Don is genuinely interested in helping you. Aside from his sincerity and genuine concern for you, Don also brings a unique engineering perspective to the home buying process. As an engineer, he is able to note flaws or potential problem areas in a house, and he will point out things I never would have thought of. He's quick to point out things such as signs of foundation issues, the pros/cons of the type of siding used, the efficiency of the AC setup, what would be required to modify a house to meet my needs, etc. On top of it all, Don is hilarious and has a great personality, which makes the home buying process feel like fun and not like a chore! He is super friendly and always shows up with a smile and a joke. Throughout the process, I feel like he really cares about getting to know you. I've recommended quite a few friends to Don, and they have overwhelmingly agreed with my assessment. I will continue to encourage everyone I know to use Don.
