Steve showed up late. He took pictures quickly without asking me a single question. There were times where myself or others were in the pictures (we were trying to stay out of the way), but he took them anyways making the photos useless. I sent him a link to the exact look I was going for. Although he apparently used a wide photo lens, he was unable to capture the size of a very large walk in closet. Additionally, he was unable to capture the back yard/patio/deck effectively. Finally, his shadow was in most of the pictures. Sadly I ended up using half of the pictures from when the home was listed previously because I didn't have good enough photos to use for the back, closet, master bathroom, or guest bathroom. When I asked him about it and suggested we re-shoot, he got defensive and refused.There was really no discussing it with him.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrive at the location and shoot inside and out in about 20 minutes - I'll shoot about 40 shots, full coverage...I'm fast and I know exactly what to shoot - client is free to request any shots they may have in mind also. When finished clients pays me w/ cash or ck. I go back to my studio, edit & enhance shots w/photo shop, create file, upload to dropbox.com and send client the link.

I always stay on top of the latest trends, state of the art equipment and technology in the ever evolving World of digital photography.
