I started working with Russ on my first album back in 2010. He is professional, experienced, and has a pleasant personality. The environment in his studio is relaxing. His dedication and patience shines in his work! In the past, five years I have completed six albums only with Russ and he is the only studio I will ever go to. Recorded a 17-part a cappella song. It took us about a half hour to settle into a flow, but I expected as much since recording a cappella isn't something that happens too often in the south. Russell was super flexible and tolerant of us, which we really appreciated. After recording, a couple of us stayed and worked with Russell on mixing and editing. We really liked where we left off and we plan on coming back in to finish up.
