- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is negotiable.. It's hard to put a set price on creativity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get into the customers head. I'm fairly imaginative and very understanding. Usually I'll focus on getting into their level of vision during the first consult, and then suggest my 2 cents if I feel it would benefit the project, which continues throughout the entire production process. Depending on the type of project will define workflow, but regardless, it starts with understanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely, everyday I'm reading books and articles or skimming through tutorials on youtube or anywhere on the web. Every day is a lesson.
