We meticulously go through the item list, even accounting for any unexpected items that may arise during the roof tear-off. Your responsibility is solely the deductible amount, providing you with transparent and predictable costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer involves an initial meeting for inspection. We document the roof condition with pictures. Upon receiving your approval, we schedule the roof replacement and commence the work. Post-completion, we capture photos and handle all necessary paperwork. You'll be kept in the loop as we liaise with your insurance, ensuring transparency throughout the entire process.
