I had some roof damages by the harsh wind the other day. I called Austin Roofing and Construction and another roofing company. I'm very pleased with careful examination and diagnosis done by Terra, the technician sent by Austin Roofing and Construction. She ran a drone over the roof after climbed onto it for examination. She took a lot of pictures through the drone, found some issues need to be fixed on top of the damages caused by wind. The repair was scheduled and performed right after that. Currently, the wind still blows, and it rains almost everyday with thunderstorms. My roof seems hold up well. I'm very happy with the work been done by them. I will definitely recommend Austin Roofing and Construction to families and friends.

Ive known Terra for nearly 20 years, so when my roof needed fixing I knew exactly who to go to. She was amazing in easing my worries and getting things taken care of quickly before the damage got worse. She was quick to inspect, explain the damage and life expectancy of my roof, she got the estimate to me within the same day, and the repair was finished seamlessly.
