Russell was really easy to work with, he arrived on time for our first appointment and got me a fair price quickly for my roofreplacement. Their workers worked fast and the work seems to be very high quality. I highly recommend Clear Choice Roofing if you need a new roof.

We had a roof damage from storms in East Austin - just a few shingles blown off. Clear Choice responded to my query promptly and were able to quote me within a couple hours, and schedule someone for the repair within a couple days. Very responsive, fair price, and they even fixed more than the expected damage without raising the cost. Highly recommend.

We had a leak and needed it to be fixed asap. James responded quickly and assessed our roof. He found the problem immediately after getting on the roof. We needed a specific piece so they had to come back to fix it at a later date. Im glad to report that we just had our first rain and the leak is gone. 100% would use Clear Choice Roofing again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contact us for more details! We offer a referral program, and pride ourselves on being the best value of any roofer in the Austin area. If you're paying out-of-pocket for a roof replacement, we'll get you a competitive price for exceptional service. If you're doing an insurance re-roof, we'll work with your insurance company to supplement the claim and get you as much money as possible. And for repairs, we believe our combination of price and quality is unmatched in the area!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For roof replacements, we'll inspect any potential damage and order a roof report before building out a quote for you. We'll also work with your insurance company to lobby on your behalf for as much included as possible.
For repairs, we'll inspect the damage and can get you a very quick quote, and can typically be out there performing the work within a day or two! We also offer emergency tarping services as needed.

We're proud to be an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, the highest designation for quality workmanship and service in the industry. We've gone through extensive vetting to qualify for this status, and have an exceptionally trained team.
