Lalo is my life saver. He quickly identified the roof leak spots, replaced the damaged parts and sealed it. He took photos before and after for me. He seems very knowledgeable on what he is doing. The beauty part - his service fee is competitive, he did not charge me more for working in the rain. I appreciate his help from bottom of my heart. Lalo did a wonderful job diagnosing the source of the leak on my roof (which another contractor was way off on) and even made some recommendations on other items that need attention. The price was great comparing to another contractor who came months ago. We got hit with a storm days after the fix was done and there were no more leaks. Definitely would recommend Lalo's service!!

I'm not so sure about this website service, first time I used it, but Lalo was definitely a treasure. He responded immediately, came by as scheduled and definitely gave me a fair quote which I accepted. He came back the next day, and they replaced all 15 of the plastic vents I had on my roof with metal ones. Half of which had cracks. Several of my neighbors had their roofs replaced instead of addressing the issue. Made no sense to replace a 30 year shingled roof before half it's lifetime. Once the vents were replaced, they spent an hour ensuring all the new shingles and old were cemented down. The metal vents are a little narrower than the plastic ones so some shingles had to be replaced for this. Anyways, long story short, you definitely want to call this crew.
