FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical one time maintenance cost: $200 >When a roof reaches approximately 7–10 years of age, it is highly recommended that a roofing specialist perform an inspection and re-seal all roof penetrations and exposed fasteners, including nails at flashing locations, using commercial-grade sealant to help prevent leaks and extend the service life of the roof. 3-5 Shingle Replacement avg cost $300 >The repair will include matching and installing replacement shingles, resealing surrounding shingles and exposed fasteners, and sealing nail heads at nearby flashing using commercial-grade sealant. A minor inspection of the immediate area will also be performed to identify any additional wind-related damage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact & Consultation We start with a phone call or site visit to understand your concerns, review the roof’s age and condition, and discuss any known issues or recent storm activity. Roof Inspection A thorough roof inspection is performed to assess shingles, flashing, penetrations, ventilation, and overall system integrity. Photos and documentation are collected for transparency and, if applicable, insurance support. Claim Assistance (If Insurance Is Involved) If damage appears insurance-related, we assist with the claim process, meet with the adjuster, and ensure all storm-related damage is properly documented and scoped. Proposal & Scope Review You receive a clear, written proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, warranties, timeline, and payment structure. We review everything together and answer any questions before moving forward. Scheduling & Preparation Once approved, materials are ordered and the project is scheduled. We coordinate logistics and prepare the property to ensure a smooth installation. Installation & Quality Control The work is completed by experienced crews following manufacturer and code requirements, with oversight to ensure quality and cleanliness throughout the process. Final Inspection & Close-Out A final walkthrough is completed, cleanup is verified, warranties are issued, and any remaining insurance items are finalized.
