- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to give you the most accurate estimate possible we are willing to meet you at the destination. This also gives you the opportunity to meet one of our owners so you know who you are working with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process includes an onsite quote with Charlie where he will understand your needs. We will design your project and give you a sketch of what we believe you want. From there we edit the sketch until we know exactly what the client wants and then complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Charlie Curl who is an owner of Cutter's Landscaping graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Turfgrass Science. Upon graduating he worked for Keane Landscaping where he learned everything from lawn care to installing outdoor patios. Zach Brashear is the other owner of the company. He graduated from Texas A&M and is now working on his MBA from Sam Houston. He specializes in the marketing and finance of the company to make sure clients get the best price!
