Ash is a true professional. I approached Ash to help with a challenging remodel of our 1960’s home, and the removal of walls on our main floor. From the initial drawings to assessing the work of our contractor, having Ash’s expertise gave my husband and I peace of mind. We even worked with a very difficult contractor, and Ash took the initiative to speak with him to help him understand the structural load and handled him professionally. He explained the very technical details to me clearly and provided all the documentation I needed for my permit. 11/10 I would recommend.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ash when we had foundation issues in our home. More than anything, we appreciated Ash's thoroughness and the time he spent walking through each and every room in our house as well as the external perimeter of our home. We had our foundation examined before and the previous assessment was nowhere near as thorough. After Ash completed his assessment he explained his findings in a way that was easily understandable for me as a non-expert. He also took SO. MUCH. TIME. to answer all of our questions. He put us at ease over an issue that was causing us a lot of stress and we now have peace of mind knowing how to address our home's foundation issues.
