Therapy with Mallory

Hi I am Mallory Beckwith, a licensed therapist based in Texas. Are you struggling with constant anxiety, depression, bipolar, or narcissistic abuse? It will take work to recover but with me you will have help every step of the way. You'll learn ways to regulate your nervous system and calm your overall anxiety levels. You'll have help reframing negative thinking patterns to reduce worry, fear, and anxious feelings. I'll gently guide you through any dark feelings that you're experiencing and find hope for the future. Whether you are dealing with bipolar disorder, anxiety, or a relationship with a narcissist, I'll listen to your story empathetically and provide valuable feedback to help you process your emotions and come out even stronger on the other side.
