- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are pricing is fair right from the beginning we offer a 10% cash discount and 5% military discount. Good prices year around no gimmicks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get a new client we want to insure that we understand there dream for there home. This can be though vision boards consultations in the showroom or sending 3D models back and forth. We want to bring the homeowners vision to live though seamless clean construction practices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Conner worked in distribution at one of the nations largest window and siding distributers for many years. Also working in new construction and remodels along side his father growing up. As a team we also take manufacture training courses from our top brands like James Hardie, Andersen, Pro via and more.
