We love having Andrew come to our home to teach our teenage son. He is enthusiastic and passionate as a teacher and musician. He is generous with his time and talents, and is dependable and communicative. A pleasure to work with. We appreciate that he is a student and performer of music. He doesn't just talk the talk, but walks the walk. At his spring recital he shared some of his own music with us, which was a real treat.

Andrew is a wonderful teacher. I need a versatile teacher because I need both classical and technical instruction and someone who can help me create viola parts for my band. Andrew is very skilled at all of this and more. So nice too, always makes lessons enjoyable!

Andrew is flexible in terms of his time and in terms of meeting the student where they are. That said, he is also good about creating firm assignments for each lesson. We have enjoyed learning violin - our first foray into music - with Andrew.
