Eric was responsive and did a great job. My old house has three different types of windows and he cleaned them inside and out, even removing old paint smears from the glass. The tenant had a dog so there were plenty of smears and sander on them, but Eric left them clear and clean!

Did a good job on our outdoor windows and was very quick and responsive. I had to be a bit flexible on scheduling, as our cleaning date had to be moved, but he had us taken care of in a timely manner.

I put customer satisfaction first and communication is golden.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally walk the property take a look at the existing condition of the windows then I give an example on how I will approach each piece of glass. I also go over what would be considered an additional charge that way everything is agreed-upon up front and I always challenge myself to save the customer money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience in residential and small commercial projects. Everything from maintenance and to make ready deep cleaning.
