- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fairly cheap for good quality work and if there is any issue than it will be fixed right away.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first let them know how much it's going to be. If they decide they want the cleaning I get started. The first time I clean I will let them know of any permanent blemishes or issues with the window just in case they havent seen them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a business for a few months and started watching videos and lectures for a year until I was comfortable with the information I gathered.
