- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we offer veteran discounts of 10%, elderly discount for 5% Our other discounts rely on our recurring work: 6 month 15% off + free screen cleaning quarterly 20% off monthly 25% off
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a call going over all the details and expectations of said job, we will take notes and upload everything into our CRM for future reference. For a quote we do free phone and in person quotes, and we will have all estimates over within an hour of meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have 5 years of field experience, trained by some of Austin's top window cleaner and power wash company owners, all of our team is trained to not leave till a job is done right. With cleanzatx professionalism and satisfaction is guaranteed.
