- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple! After you reach out, we'll ask a few questions about your home and provide a quote—often right over the phone. Once you're ready, we'll schedule a time that works for you and keep you updated leading up to your appointment. On service day, we arrive on time, complete the work with attention to detail, and finish with a walkthrough to ensure you're completely satisfied. If you'd like ongoing maintenance, we'll also explain our biannual and quarterly service plans so you can choose what works best for your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before launching Juniper Cleaning, I completed professional window cleaning training focused on proper techniques, safety, equipment, and delivering streak-free results. I also previously owned and operated a residential and commercial cleaning business in Duluth, Minnesota, where we learned the importance of attention to detail, communication, and providing an exceptional customer experience. We continue to invest in training and improving our systems so every customer receives the highest level of service.
