Working with Cory one on one for my yoga sessions was incredibly supportive. We did 10 sessions at my home. I have been doing yoga for 12 years, and was missing the support of in person instruction, alignment and mindfulness. Cory was able to pinpoint the areas that would help me increase strength, alignment and mindful movement. We focused on core, spine and joint movements. I love his insights and how knowledgable he is on how the body works and how to get the best outcomes from our practice. I'm so glad that I found you on this site Cory! You are awesome!

Cory was quick to respond, accommodating of our plans, and even offered to bring mats so our group didn't need to pack them for our vacation. Do to Covid-19, we were unable to make it to Austin in April, and Cory was super understanding and refunded our deposit. Really hoping to still have him teach our group sometime in the future. Would highly recommend him on his professionalism alone!!

It was an awesome experience working with Cory! Excellent communication, very responsive and willing to tailor the program to best fit our group. He was always punctual and we had 6 am classes as well as a various other times during the week. He brought a sense of calm every time I spoke with him and all the feedback I got from the team is that he's a great yoga teacher and everyone enjoyed their experience. I highly recommend working with Cory on any corporate event!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Initial 30-minute phone consultations are completely FREE. Discounts are offered for multiple weekly sessions (2+ times/week). I'm located in 78704, for those who live 5+ miles from this zip code, an additional $5 fee will be charged. For 10+ miles an additional $10 will be charged. For last-minute cancelations, within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a $20 fee will be charged.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    In the initial FREE no-obligation consultation, we work together to establish your goals, expectations and any current mental pressure points or physical areas of tension you want to address in your practice. (i.e. anxiety, stress relief, tight shoulders, hip immobility, etc.)

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    For Yoga, I've completed my RYT-500 hour teaching certification through Practice Yoga Austin. For Meditation, I've attended two (2) 10-day Vipassana silent meditation retreat and have logged over 1,000 hours of personal meditation time over the last 4 years.
