For over a decade, I’ve been guiding students toward more peace, clarity, and everyday joy through yoga and personal training. I offer private yoga and meditation instruction for all levels, with a focus on breath, alignment, and meeting you exactly where you are. My approach is lighthearted, down to earth, and grounded in whole-person wellness. Sessions are designed to reduce stress, support emotional balance, and help you feel more at home in your body. Students often leave feeling relaxed, centered, and more connected to themselves.
