Jerreta did a private yoga and mindfulness session with me. I have had three major injuries in the past two years. Jerreta was knowledgeable about how to work with me, actually in alignment with my physical therapy plan. She encouraged me to communicate how I felt during my session using bolsters and blankets to help as needed. I am confident enough that I’ll be able to practice at home. Highly recommend!
