Introduction
There is no better time to begin yoga. My focus is guiding you to the right style of yoga so you can have a profound experience immediately. My teaching style is safe, accessible for all levels, and healing to the mind and body. I specialize in Hatha Yoga (500 hours certified). I am certified in Buddhism through scriptures from Harvard University. I have professional teaching experience in Vinyasa, Iygengar and Restorative yoga. I also offer a unique “Family Yoga Experience.” I have partnered with many brands, studios, and events to bring yoga to the entire family. I have led yoga at corporate events, birthdays, and retreats.

I have been working with Kyle for about six months now, and I have to say, I could not hav found a better yoga instructor. From the minute you enter her space you feel at peace and comfortable. I was a true novice when I started yoga and she made the experience easy to understand, fun, and truly rewarding. I have never felt rushed or uncomfortable. She really is detail oriented, so you're never going to feel an uncomfortable strain from getting the positions wrong. She regularly checks in with you throughout the practice to make sure you're feeling comfortable and that things are going well. She goes above and beyond with little extras like lavender oil, lighting palo Santo, and wonderful music. You'll leave feeling a thousand times better than when you arrived. As far as scheduling goes, she's easy to work with, responsive, and punctual. If you're looking for a yoga instructor who understands that yoga is not a one size fits all practice but rather an individual journey, look no further! She will customize your experience to meet your needs and will meet you where you are each time. I could not recommend her more!

I had the pleasure of working with Kyle last week during a private yoga session for a group of business executives during a corporate retreat. Kyle was a breeze to work with as she was responsive, punctual, professional, and extremely friendly. Her yoga session was above and beyond expectations! It is clear she has a great passion for yoga and a talent for educating others. I highly recommend her! She is a high caliber instructor and we certainly will be working with her again in the future.

Kyle is fabulous! Extremely knowledgeable, extremely patient, and wonderfully enthusiastic. My husband and I are both beginners, and thanks to Kyle we have fallen in love with yoga. We couldn’t ask for a better instructor.
