I connected with Chris on Sunday and he was highly responsive, patiently answering my numerous questions and quickly gaining our trust. He and Richard began our wood floor install three days after initial contact, arriving exactly on time and demonstrating true professionalism and skill from the very start. Our slab needed to be leveled, which was discovered once the carpet was removed, but they knew exactly how to handle that and worked hard to make it perfect. They completed the install today and we are thrilled with the end result. Our new wood floor is gorgeous and was clearly done by experts. They installed shoe molding around our baseboards as well, which gives a beautiful finished look. They treated our home with the utmost respect and left things perfectly clean upon departure. We will be hiring CR Flooring again soon to install another more wood flooring upstairs, and I've recommended these guys to my father who needs some tile work done in his house. I highly, highly recommend Chris and crew. This was one of our best experiences with a contractor, and we're grateful to have found them!
