James did excellent work for us. He was reliable and trustworthy, plus the work performed was very good. His pricing was fair and honest too. I called him back to follow up on a couple of things and he took care of those. When he ran a little late, he always texted or called. I would highly recommend him to perform flooring work in your home. He installed tile and LVT; he recommended the LVT and we have been pleased with it. As an additional plus, we have a puppy and he worked around him well, with no complaints; even taking him outside as needed. We were very pleased with his work; he, his son, his daughter and a family friend that worked with him were always very pleasant and friendly. And, he finished the project within the time estimated. Definitely a 5 star performance!

Mr. James Minyard was great to work with. He was prompt on returning messages and answering all questions via Thumbtack. He was quick to set a time and day to give me a quote for the installation of my sheet vinyl flooring. Mr. Minyard kept me updated on his approximate arrival time for the quote. He was honest in telling me he did not typically lay the product I had, but knew a sub contractor who did. His sub contractor was able to do the job two days after we agreed to having the job done by him. The sub contractor was prompt and the job was completed in a few hours. We will be using Mr. Minyard for our next flooring project.

He showed up on time and fixed our garbage disposal even after figuring out it was the switch and not the disposal that was broken (which normally I would have had to hire an electrician). He drove to Home Depot for the switch and came back to replace it. We will definitely use him again!

James gave an immediate quote (remove 2 posts, concrete aand set two posts) after coming to my place. I accepted. We scheduled a time to do the relatively small job. Jim kept me informed on his arrival, was on time with all the equipment and completed it in less than 2 hours. Pleasant gentleman and very professional. Once I have finished the fence he will return to cut off the posts.
Strongly recommend him for your next project.
