First of all he would not write a reciept or any type of contract because he did not want anyone knwing he is working. Why idont know he is probably evading taxes or child support. He came to my houseamelling like alcohol n marijuana. His helper was a dead give away because he was high as a kite and was full of tattoos. I ran him off when i saw him Richard giving my daughter a disgusting look. Terrible service. His electrial license is expired.
