- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard price ranges are as follows: $150 for elopement $200 for ceremonies under 50 guests (No pre-marital meetings) $300 for ceremonies with 2 pre-marital meetings and a meet and greet meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Included in the price is a get-to-know-you meeting with the couple, followed by two planning / pre-marital counseling sessions. I provide several options for ceremony wording and structure, as well as a choice of readings, if desired. On the wedding day, I will arrive early, have the witnesses sign the marriage license, and perform the ceremony. Afterward, I mail the marriage license to the county so it can be officially recorded, and mail a copy to the couple.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always had a deep passion for organizing and planning, and I believe that every special event deserves to be stunning. I got my start officiating weddings when my brother asked me to officiate his wedding in 2015. The experience was nerve wrecking, fulfilling, emotional, beautiful, and amazing. A year or so later, I was asked to do a Quinceanera blessing and that was a pure and joyful experience as well. Later that year, my aunt asked me to perform her wedding ceremony and I was honored I could help them with the details and bind their marriage. After several wedding ceremonies and Quinceanera blessings, I decided to officiate weddings & Quinceanera blessings for people who didn't know me personally as they might benefit from all that I bring to the ceremony.
