Cool Roofs’ roots in Beaumont run much deeper than roofing. Brothers Mason and Colt Moncla grew up watching their father build a successful food service business in Beaumont—a family legacy dating back to 1918. That example taught them the importance of hard work, relationships, reputation, and taking care of the people you serve.
In 2017, Mason and Colt set out to build a legacy of their own. They chose roofing as their path and made it their mission to create a company Beaumont homeowners and businesses could genuinely trust.

We provide free, no-obligation inspections and estimates on every project. For insurance claims, we work directly with your adjuster to ensure your policy covers the full scope of repair or replacement, so out-of-pocket costs are typically limited to your deductible. For cash/retail jobs, pricing depends on materials, roof size, and scope of work, and we'll walk you through a detailed, itemized estimate before any work begins. No hidden fees, no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free inspection where we assess the full condition of your roof, document any damage, and answer your questions. If you have storm damage, we help you file and manage the insurance claim from start to finish, including meeting your adjuster on-site. Once scope and pricing are approved, we schedule the work, keep you updated throughout the project, and do a final walkthrough to make sure you're fully satisfied before we consider the job complete.
