Wedding and Event Catering

Fancy's Personal Chef Service was a total hit for our private party of 75. The food was outstanding and guests commented about it throughout the evening and into the next day. Personal Chef

I would highly recommend Fancy's Personal Chef Services. Within one week, we were able to connect, draw up a menu (Fancy is very accommodating) and solidify a very fair price. My group of guys raved about the Omelet Bar and Sweet Potato Hash that Fancy prepared at our office. Huge success all around! Would definitely use Fancy again for private catering! Thank you Fancy!

Personal Chef

Hire CIaudine now. I surprised my wife with a private chef and dinner for Valentines Day with four other couples. Claudine was amazing and the flavor of the food was superb. Pre-event work of selecting menu items and planning the theme was effortless. She made sure all dietary or allergic restrictions were handled early on. She was able to roll with small changes during the event and even helped the servers along. Overall an excellent experience.

Event Catering (Buffet)

Casual wedding "Happily Ever After" Wedding Open House. Claudine and her staff did a very professional job and made my job as Hostess much easier. I was able to leave the service to her, pay attention to my guests and enjoy the event. Many complements on the food! Will call her again for sure.

Event Help and Wait Staff

If I could give Claudine 10 stars I would. Claudine provided catering support and clean up for my party, and she was so attentive, professional, and organized! I received some flowers just before my party and did not have time to put them into a vase, so I sat them in my pantry on the floor. I noticed half way through the evening that she had taken them out and put them in a lovely vase for all to enjoy. She's a real talent. Thank you Claudine!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I don't have standard pricing on foods because too many market fluctuations on food and I create alot of menu options for clients to choose from in all kinds of cuisines. Generally I charge an hourly rate for shopping, prep and meal preparation, plus cost of food, delivery and tax. If it's for larger groups I discuss and confirm menu with client and charge a pp rate, plus tax gratuity and set-up/delivery.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    If there is mutual interest I send the client an agreement form and a personal food preferences questionnaire (for ongoing services). Both would be returned to me with a deposit to start the meal planning process. I then send them a meal plan according to their preferences, get their approval and then set a date and time of delivery. (allow 3 days from receipt of deposit to delivery date). The process is pretty much the same for EVENT DINNERS/CATERING but I send a formal proposal to the client. As far as COOKING LESSONS I would ask for a deposit to secure date and time.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a 2015 graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas and received my Associates in Culinary Arts. I also subscribe to current food publications and what is happening in the food industry. I am also a CERTIFIED KITCHEN MANAGER. To the average layperson, this is what is known in the food industry as a certificate for working in a restaurant. A person receives a certificate only after passing an extensive test for SANITATION AND FOOD HEALTH. I got a 98.7%.
