My favorite part of coaching is helping people to feel better, fit back into their favorite clothes, and realize that taking control of their health and fitness is about so much more than just having a "hot" body. I’ve been a Trainer and Coach for 3 years. I graduated with my Bachelors from TCU in 2016, and am currently working towards my Masters to become a Registered Dietitian. Program Overview -custom exercise plan, videos and descriptions included -custom meal plan -biweekly coaching calls, daily messaging -unlimited daily app access for tracking habits, progress, and communication on questions/ needs/ suggestions, etc. -weekly check ins -12 module course teaching you all about nutrition, workouts, lifestyle, etc. -complete accountability, support, and a booty kickings when needed! I have been working with Alyssa doing her 12 week nutrition and fitness plan. The biggest thing that has been so valuable to me is her support in breaking some of my old habits and ways of thinking about “diets”. Instead of quick results, that I know from past experience aren’t sustainable, we are working on maintaining healthy and sustainable workout and eating habits. I have enjoyed the workouts that she has provided and appreciate being able to do that at home at a time that works best for my schedule that day.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    If you sign up for a package of 5, 10, 15, 20 sessions, etc. there is a discount from the regular session cost. Please ask about!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our first step will be to have a phone call to chat about your goals, what you are looking for and see if we would be a good fit to work together. From there we would have an initial assessment so I can see how your body moves or what you are struggling with and build a plan that best fits you!
