Alyssa is a great trainer! I'm diabetic and have some pain from an old injury. She designs workouts specifically for me. Alyssa also helps keep me accountable for nutrition, stretching and rolling out muscles.Nov 2, 2020
Alyssa takes all of my injuries into consideration and designs very effective thorough and creative workouts for me! I’ve been training with her twice a week for over 6 months and they are my favorite 30 min blocks each week! She’s motivating but not pushy - she listens to me and adjusts exercises on the fly - I’m always slightly sore the next day which means it’s working!! But I’m not injuring myself (which is what i always do when working out solo) She’s transforming me and helping me get stronger and I’m so thankful for her!! She has a gift for this! I recommend her to anyone!Jul 16, 2020
