My favorite part of coaching is helping people to feel better, fit back into their favorite clothes, and realize that taking control of their health and fitness is about so much more than just having a "hot" body. I’ve been a Trainer and Coach for 5 years working with clients of all ages, shapes, and sizes. This program works best for committed clients who want to make a lifestyle TRANSFORMATION, not a fad diet or quick fix! If you want to lose 20lbs in 5 days, I am not the coach for you! I am looking for people who -are sick of diet culture -don't want to completely give up foods they love -are ready to feel confident in their body & clothes again -are looking to make a healthy lifestyle change Together, we will -Educate you on what nutrition looks like for your body -Improve your relationship with food -Improve digestive issues -understand the importance of balancing macronutrients -Increase daily energy through eating balanced meals -Help to reduce/eliminate food guilt -Find a balance between working out and your diet Throughout the years of coaching clients, I have learned that in order to see the most success it is vital for clients to show up in a few ways. 1. You must be coachable- willing to listen and implement the guidelines we establish together 2. Committed- ready to take ACTION and make a serious change in your life 3. Resourceful- Willing to invest time, money, effort, and energy in order to get results. Be willing to have open communication and don't be afraid to ask questions! Program Overview -custom exercise plan, videos and descriptions included -custom meal plan -biweekly coaching calls, daily messaging -unlimited daily app access for tracking habits, progress, and communication on questions/ needs/ suggestions, etc. -weekly check ins -12 module course teaching you all about nutrition, workouts, lifestyle, etc. -complete accountability, support, and a booty kickings when needed! Alyssa was very professional and offered guidance on achieving healthier habits. She set goals agreed upon by both of us and checked in during the weeks to see how I was doing with meeting the goals. Small achievable goals were created initially and each week more goals were added. The goals I achieved became habits that I now have and will be able to take forward on my journey to better health. She was personable, caring, and enthusiastic in trying to find ways for me to conquer my end goal. She was knowledgeable and a great listener. I strongly recommend Alyssa as a wellness and nutritional coach.

Alyssa is awesome! Her 12 week program incorporated all the factors of they why’s and how’s of making nutritional and lifestyle changes to improve overall health. We set goals to help hold me accountable to track, plan ahead and be realistic that tacos and cake are a necessity and sometimes life derails our progress and we can always get back on track. Alyssa is collaborative, fun to work with and has a wealth of knowledge and ideas to help with improving my diet and lifestyle.

Alyssa was great. Her tools were easy to use for learning as well as communicating with her. I learned a lot about fitness and nutrition and was able to leave feeling more knowledgeable and ready to self manage my fitness and nutrition goals. I’d highly recommend her and her program to anyone.

I would highly recommend Alyssa to guide you in your journey to health and fitness. The workout videos are challenging and easy to follow. You will see results! Alyssa is very knowledgeable about nutrition and will help you figure out what works best for you. I really liked how Alyssa gave me goals to accomplish each day and kept me accountable by checking off each one when completed. She is professional, prompt, knowledgeable and very kind.
