Introduction: Hello there, My name is Alyssa and I am a Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer! My favorite part of coaching is helping people to feel better, fit back into their favorite clothes, and realize that taking control of their health and fitness is about so much more than just having a "hot" body. Resourceful- Willing to invest time, money, effort, and energy in order to get results. Be willing to have open communication and don't be afraid to ask questions! Program Overview -custom exercise plan, videos and descriptions included -custom meal plan -biweekly coaching calls, daily messaging -unlimited daily app access for tracking habits, progress, and communication on questions/ needs/ suggestions, etc. -weekly check ins -12 module course teaching you all about nutrition, workouts, lifestyle, etc. -complete accountability, support, and a booty kickings when needed! Alyssa was very professional and offered guidance on achieving healthier habits. She set goals agreed upon by both of us and checked in during the weeks to see how I was doing with meeting the goals. Small achievable goals were created initially and each week more goals were added. The goals I achieved became habits that I now have and will be able to take forward on my journey to better health. She was personable, caring, and enthusiastic in trying to find ways for me to conquer my end goal. She was knowledgeable and a great listener. I strongly recommend Alyssa as a wellness and nutritional coach.

Alyssa has helped me so much. She not only creates me personalized meal plans every couple weeks, but also has workouts for me. She checks in with me every couple of days to see how the week is going and how I'm doing. I have PCOS and she takes that into account and finds ways to help me give my body the nutrition I need. You will seriously not be disappointed with Alyssa.

Alyssa’s program was absolutely amazing. She met me where I was at, and worked with me to create a plan that worked with everything I had going on in my life. I developed healthy habits that I hope to keep with me for the rest of my life. I learned so much about nutrition and for the first time in my life, was able to lose weight in a healthy way. 10/10 would recommend!

Alyssa is awesome! Her 12 week program incorporated all the factors of they why’s and how’s of making nutritional and lifestyle changes to improve overall health. We set goals to help hold me accountable to track, plan ahead and be realistic that tacos and cake are a necessity and sometimes life derails our progress and we can always get back on track. Alyssa is collaborative, fun to work with and has a wealth of knowledge and ideas to help with improving my diet and lifestyle.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our first step will be to have a phone call to chat about your goals, what you are looking for and see if we would be a good fit to work together. From there we would have an initial assessment so I can see how your body moves or what you are struggling with and build a plan that best fits you!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Certified Lersonal Trainer Corrective Exercise Specialist Precision Nutrition Level 1 Grouo Fitness Instructor Entering Grad school in May to become a Registered Dietician

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I worked corporate retail for almost 4 years, and never fully felt passionate about what I was doing. I have been obsessed with health and fitness for around 8 years and a year or so into working my corporate job decided to get my Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist certification for fun! Eventually I put it into practice and have made a career out of it!
