Hello there, My name is Alyssa and I am a Registered Dietitian, Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer! My favorite part of coaching is helping people to feel better, fit back into their favorite clothes, and realize that taking control of their health and fitness is about so much more than just having a "hot" body. I’ve been a Trainer and Coach for 5 years working with clients of all ages, shapes, and sizes. We all have different goals and I am here to help you reach yours in a way that works with your lifestyle! This program works best for committed clients who want to make a lifestyle TRANSFORMATION, not a fad diet or quick fix! If you want to lose 20lbs in 5 days, I am not the coach for you! I am looking for people who -are sick of diet culture -don't want to completely give up foods they love -are ready to feel confident in their body & clothes again -are looking to make a healthy lifestyle change Together, we will -Educate you on what nutrition looks like for your body -Improve your relationship with food -Improve digestive issues -understand the importance of balancing macronutrients -Increase daily energy through eating balanced meals -Help to reduce/eliminate food guilt -Find a balance between working out and your diet Throughout the years of coaching clients, I have learned that in order to see the most success it is vital for clients to show up in a few ways. 1. You must be coachable- willing to listen and implement the guidelines we establish together 2. Committed- ready to take ACTION and make a serious change in your life 3. Resourceful- Willing to invest time, money, effort, and energy in order to get results. Be willing to have open communication and don't be afraid to ask questions! Program Overview -custom exercise plan, videos and descriptions included -custom meal plan -biweekly coaching calls, daily messaging -unlimited daily app access for tracking habits, progress, and communication on questions/ needs/ suggestions, etc. -weekly check ins -12 module course teaching you all about nutrition, workouts, lifestyle, etc. -complete accountability, support, and a booty kickings when needed! There’s so much to say about Alyssa but overall she’s the trainer/nutrition coach I never knew I needed. What I mean by that is I was literally looking for someone to just make me torture myself to lose 20 pounds for my wedding and Alyssa came in and just flipped the script (in a great way)! She has helped me focus on small, attainable goals that have become healthy habits and helped me progress not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally as well. I appreciate that she does not focus on short-term “get skinny” quick plans but truly on helping me to build a sustainable lifestyle and getting a little better each day. She is a great motivator and helps me to celebrate little wins which have become big wins! She truly cares about her clients success and it shows! I would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Alyssa is a great trainer! I'm diabetic and have some pain from an old injury. She designs workouts specifically for me. Alyssa also helps keep me accountable for nutrition, stretching and rolling out muscles.
