Working with Ryan was absolutely delightful. His quality of work is excellent. He completed the project on time and also helped in cleaning the trash. Would definitely recommend him for any tile work.

Would recommend and would work with Ryan again. Ryan responded to my job request right away with a quote and came the next day on time and did the job well with no issues. He is professional, and his work is high quality. This was a small job, and I'm glad I was able to find someone to do it right away. My husband and I removed a builder grade bath cabinet, and we needed our tile floor patched. Ryan removed the cut tile and replaced it and filled the space with new tile. We provided him with the tile and grout.

It was a pleasure working with Ryan through our bathroom renovation. From the start of the project, he and Brandie were extremely professional and had great correspondence. Going above and beyond to answer questions and address any concerns we had regarding the process. Ryan is a very hard worker and put in long hours, even coming by on Christmas Eve, to make sure our project was completed in a timely manner. He pays great attention to detail and the install turned out beautifully. Ryan is also an all around good guy and is very respectful and kind. We look forward to working with Ryan again to remodel our remaining bathrooms.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is promised and based on the information gathered in the sales process. I only collect a deposit on commencement day and the balance on the day of completion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m super easy to work with. I will ask for photos of the space if none are provided in the description and what kind of tile will be used. Once I have that information, I will send a price for labor plus estimated material cost over. If the price and scheduling work, I will prepare a statement of work that outlines promised labor, promised price, duration and the one year warranty information for your records.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mentored by my father who has been setting tile in the DFW area for many many years.
