Introduction

I started this little catering business originally to spend more time with my daughters and it grew into a thriving business by offering unique fresh foods. We locally source products to create unique foods. We have been in business for over 25 years . Currently participating in several farmers markets selling our fresh prepared foods. We also create weekly menus for families not wanting to grocery shop and cook during the current climate. We do not accept same day events. We need 48 hours notice . Thank you We actually have a storefront/commercial kitchen that we own and do all of our cooking in. We are always interested in creating the ultimate experience for one-1000 or catering for schools to churches etc!

The food was outstanding, beyond my expectations. The two servers did everything I asked and more. Their attention to details was much appreciated. The event went very smoothly and I was free to visit and monitor the event. They left everything clean.

I came to Jami to plan an engagement party. Our budget was around $15-$20 per person. We wanted a Mexican fiesta and she delivered. She had so many great ideas for the menu and even threw in a tres leche free of charge! Her stacked green Chile chicken enchiladas were a hit! The bride and groom were so happy and even went home with leftovers. Jami was so responsive and even followed up with us after the event on how everything went. So much better than I could’ve imagined. We will definitely be giving her a call for future events!

Jami is not only is Jami a talented cook she is a honest, hardworking, and kind person. I pick up food from her at the weekly farmers market and she also cooks individual meals for me. She is very conscious when it comes to preparing my meals because of foods that I dislike. She is always willing to accommodate my needs/wants for the week. If and when I get married, I definitely plan on using her to cater my special occasion!
