I was unable to access my word processing program/app, and the antivirus had just expired on my desktop PC. After calling friends and relatives for referrals to credible people in the tech community, I was ready to give up, as I wanted to do business with a Texas company. This morning, while reading posts on Nextdoor, I read several comments praising Tanner Tech and was so impressed that I decided to fill out his contact form. Tanner called within 10 minutes and he went to work, remotely, on my aging computer. He not only repaired the word processing program, he found a lot of "junk" and apps that I never use and got rid of them, then he installed a better antivirus program for me.
