- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide discounts for small groups. All programs include the workout, nutrition guidance, free water with every workout and a recovery drink after your session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will take your initial numbers such as weight body fat and muscle mass. I will also give you a minor fitness assessment to see your level of fitness and we will try to improve it every week. Workouts will be tailored to whatever fitness goal you have for yourself. I will also help you with basic nutrition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer with my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I also have more than two years of personal training experience.
