- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Grit Cleaning Solutions offers a 10% Discount for all first time customers in November 2021! We also have created a customized package for re-occurring customers to show our appreciation. This includes a Deep Cleaning of different areas of the home at the General Cleaning Price as a perk for choosing GRIT Cleaning Solutions!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step One: Communicate with the new customer to explain Grit Cleaning Solutions to them and listen to their needs. Step Two: Set up a FREE Walkthrough/Quote (Either on the day they wish to receive services or beforehand) Step Three: Clean Customers home in a timely, professional manner while making sure to provide unforgettable services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We make sure to stay up-to-date with all of the latest cleaning knowledge that is available in classes/ online from other professionals. Although, one of the best teachers that we have is our clients. We learn from them by listening to them and accommodating all of the needs for their home.
