FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the time, experience, professional licensing, equipment, insurance, and liability involved in performing a thorough inspection. We strive to remain competitive while providing a detailed, professional evaluation of the property. Our goal is not to be the cheapest inspection company, but to provide the customer with real value, clear information, and confidence in their decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the property, the customer’s concerns, and the purpose of the inspection. We then explain the inspection process, pricing, and any additional services that may be appropriate. During the inspection, we thoroughly evaluate the accessible systems and components of the property, document our findings with photographs, and identify significant defects or areas of concern. Afterward, we provide a detailed written report and remain available to answer questions so the customer clearly understands the condition of the property and can make an informed decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry and hold professional licenses and certifications related to property inspection. I am a Texas Licensed Professional Inspector, a Certified Master Inspector®, and an InterNACHI member. My background in both construction and inspection gives me extensive practical knowledge of structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
