We customize every quote based on the details of your home or business: square footage, number of rooms, current condition, and how often you’d like us to come out. This ensures your pricing reflects your space, not a generic estimate. One‑time cleanings are our highest‑priced service because they require the most time and detail. The more frequently we visit, the more the price goes down — with weekly service offering the best value and the most consistent results.
